Is a cluster of large rocks on the area more than 3000 square meters and a height of 12 meters. A heap of stones in its form, it resembles a mound, and this explains its name. Stone tomb initially, most likely, was the shallow Sandstone of the ancient Sarmatian sea. This is the only way out of Sandstone across the Azov-black sea basin, in fact, a unique geological formation.

Now Stone grave is a hill of sand, covered with huge boulders. Between these stones formed a large number of natural cavities — caves, passages and caves. In the photo you can see only part of the top.

In September 2008, the preserve received the national status. Since then, its official name is the national historical and archaeological reserve Stone Grave.
