It's so true, isn't it? The vibe is lively, the music is in the air, or else- how would they breathe???

Oh, to see people sing out, baring their soul, carrying a tune has nothing to do with it! There is much to be said for a culture such as this. I lived it! I loved it! I wish I had never said goodbye!!!!

Oh, but, I will get back to the good life sooner than later!

So interesting that you posted about Frida today. I work at Arizona State University and the students are having an event tonight called Women's HERstory month- Frida Kahlo- and this is the description: Celebrate Women's HERstory Month in experiencing Frida Kahlo's artwork by painting your own self-portraits! Learn about Kahlo's life as a fierce woman who embraced her sexuality, defied gender stereotypes, and gave awareness to the struggles of women.

She’s such a unique artist right? I just noticed you are wearing that colorful Mexican blouse in your profile pic. :D Is that we once talked about her in your another post last year? :) After seeing her images through South America, I watched movies and documentaries about her, and was deeply touched by her struggles and vitality. No wonder she became an icon.
