I would like to continue the topic that I started last time in this <a href="https://steemit.com/lifestyle/@limnade/urbanization-vs-ruralization"> post</a>.

At pravda.сom.ua, I once read a very interesting article about current demographic trends. There were two streams in it:
To the city - ambitious and tricky.
From the city - realized and motivated.

<h2>To the city</h2>
I write in the same order in which I myself was moving. Thus, urbanization is all aggravated, for example, by availability of higher education. After school almost all classmates moved to different regional centers or to the capital.

Ambitious people wanted to go on to study, become a specialist in a particular field, make a career. Of course, if there is no start-up capital (and such was our situation after USSR), then smart and ambitious people in small towns or villages are very difficult to prosper, because usually they are arranged here to work through friends. And although a certain reputation can be earned and career made, but the ceiling of such a career is very close.

But next to the ambitious in big cities, there are crafty people. And the reason for this is quite simple - there is more money, more opportunities to create fraudulent schemes, less influence of reputation for further life (in large cities people often do not know their neighbors, especially in the areas of intensive new development).

<h2> Out of cities</h2>
What induces us to move to less populated cities?
There are objective features for all countries - the desirability of better air, ecology, criminal situation (through my window I can see children running around without parental care starting from 4-5 years age - so there are grandparents near the entrance of the houses, but children running all around the microdistrict without any bounds).
Of course, I would like my children to grow up in a free environment and to have the opportunity to breathe fresh air no one or two hours per day when parents can sit close, as it is now happening in big cities.
This is my free childhood and I would like the same thing for the children.

There are common features of people coming from the capital and regional centers - self-fulfilling and enterprising. That is, people who have already become specialists in certain industries,  made a career and earned start-up capital in order to do their own business. In the capital, there is a lot of competition and a bigger barrier to entering any business, but it's much easier to develop in the country. So this is the reverse human flow.

And there is another reason that apparently is inherent to Ukrainians. We adore the beauty of our nature, and therefore we go to those places where enjoying this beauty is more convenient.

Я хотіла б продовжити тему, що було розпочато мною минулого разу у даному <a href="https://steemit.com/lifestyle/@limnade/urbanization-vs-ruralization">дописі</a>.

На pravda.com.ua мені якось довелось прочитать дуже цікаву статтю стосовно сучасних демографічних тенденцій. В ній було виділено два потоки:
У місто — амбітні і хитрі.
З міста — реалізовані і вмотивовані.

<h2>У місто</h2>
Я пишу у тому ж самому порядку, в якому рухалась сама. Так, урбанізація все посилюється через, наприклад, отримання вищої освіти. Після школи майже всі однокласники роз'їхались по різним обласним центрам чи до столиці.

Амбітні люди хотіли продовжити навчання, стати спеціалістом певної сфери, робити кар'єру. Звичайно, якщо немає стартового капіталу, то розумним і амбітним людям у маленькихмістах або селах дуже складно, тому що зазвичай тут влаштовуються на роботу через знайомих. І хоча певну репутацію можна собі заробити і робити кар'єру і тут, але стеля такої кар'єри дуже близько.

Але поруч з амбітними в великі міста їдуть і хитрі люди. І причина цьому досить проста — там більше грошей, більше можливостей по створенню шахрайських схем, менше вплив репутації на подальше життя (в великих містах люди дуже часто не знають своїх сусідів, особливо у містах інтенсивної нової забудови).

<h2>З міста</h2>
Що ж спонукає нас переїжджати у менш заселені міста?
Є об'єктивні однакові для всіх причини — бажаність кращого повітря, екології, кримінальної ситуації (в мене за вікном малеча гуляє без батьківського догляду починаючи з 4-5 років — так є бабусі і дідусі біля під'їзду, але ж малеча гасає по мікрорайону без ніякої прив'язки).
Звісно я б хотіла, щоб мої діти виростали в вільному середовищі і щоб вони мали змогу дихати свіжим повітрям не годину-дві на день, коли батьки можуть посидіти поблизу, як це зараз відбувається у великих містах.
Це моє вільне дитинство і я б хотіла такого самого для дітей.

Є загальні риси людей, що їдуть зі столиці і обласних центрів — самореалізовані і підприємливі. Тобто це люди, які вже стали спеціалістами в певних галузях, робили на підприємстві, зробили кар'єру і заробили стартовий капітал для того, щоб зайнятися власним бізнесом. В столиці велика конкуренція і більший бар'єр для входу в будь-яку справу, а проте в країні можна розвиватися набагато простіше. Тож є ось цей зворотній людський потік.

І є ще одна причина, що мабуть притаманна саме українцям. Ми обожнюємо красу нашої природи, і тому їдемо туди, де насолоджуватися цією красою зручніше.
