The start of my day
Good morning Taitung, Taiwan.

Time for breakfast. The buffet includes organic vegetables grown on the premises. Palace vegetable, Red Phoenix vegetable,  the names sounds as pretty as they look.   I can smell the freshness and earthiness as I stand in front of it.
早餐包含自種有機鮮蔬菜。一陣陣泥土鮮蔬菜香味讓人精神一陣。

It takes just half a minute to blanche it. Anyway less, it might be a bit too tough, any more it will lose the freshness and become too mushy.
