In black and white and in color. Many people like black-and-white photography more than color, and for a long time I found artistry only in black and white.

But as time went on, something in my perception was rearranged to such an extent that now it happens that I like some color option even more than a monochrome one, or I can't choose at all, giving the right to life to both.

So it turned out with these photos of young grape leaves.

I decided to start with color photos. I don't want to think too much right now and dive into the everyday philosophy of black and white. I'm just happy that the grapes survived a difficult winter and will soon bloom. I really like its freshness, strength and greenness.

But I also like this black-and-white triptych, which evokes completely different emotions. Here I am already keen on looking at the details. Drops of moisture collected in the cavities of cellular polycarbonate are clearly read here and complicate the composition, adding to its uniqueness and even mystery. The overall restraint of monochrome emphasizes the carved fragility of the leaves, their veins, and texture. The life force of the tendrils that the vine pulls to hold on to something. We will see a lot of what was hidden by the richness of color in the first triptych. But everywhere there is something to think about.
