Acids are for example sulphur, phosphorus, iodine and chloride. 
 
The body gets them through our food, through the environment and also through our thoughts.  In our modern civilization we have not been eating naturally for a long time.  Our food, the industrial beautifully packaged poison bombs, are chemically treated with preservatives, colorants, flavor enhancers, artificial flavors and heaps of sugar and salt and contain hydrogenated refined fats.

In fact, all animal foods such as meat and sausages, milk and cheese, fish, eggs, etc. have an acidic effect on the body.  But also wheat products such as biscuits, gaps and wheat rolls.  Microplastics, electrosmog, chemical cosmetics, detergents, lack of exercise, household cleaners, alcohol, cigarettes and drugs .  Grief and negative thoughts, because they lead to stress and thus to hyperacidity.



There are also good acids, for example apple vinegar or lemon juice.  They taste sour, but the body metabolises them alkaline. 

 

Bases form minerals like potassium, sodium, calcium, magnesium and iron.  These neutral salts bind the acids in the body to excrete them.

You add enough bases to your body by moving around.  Yes, modern society has degenerated into a pure sedentary society.

And by nourishing yourselves naturally.  ...with plenty of fruit, vegetables, grains and seeds, sprouts...  With this you also increase your well-being, your energy and you slow down the aging process, because you protect your cells. 

 

It is important to know that every biochemical reaction produces acids.  But this is a natural process.  If we were living naturally, the body would use the basic minerals from nature to neutralize them.
