Cover Art I Made For Leriq's Beat-tape: Goldfish

I made a cover art for the music producer Leriq’s beat tape Goldfish released earlier in the year. I was not hired to do it, but I liked the name and a concept visited my mind I thought could help me get some exposure. So I got to work and came up with something.

I first got this copyright free image from [Pexels](pexels.com).

Then I got a png image of a goldfish from [pngimg](pngimg.com), afterwhich all that was left was to get a generic fishbowl filled with water and give it a shadow to make it fit better on the table, create a splash and put the image of the goldfish above it to depict it jumping out of it the bowl.


The goldfish was not goldish yellow enough for my tastes (the colour exists, I think), so I added a little colour overlay to boost the colour. I also got the splash png I used from [pngimg](pngimg.com). 

All that was left was to add the text and voila.

Leriq did not acknowledge the cover art even though I mentioned him on social media, but a number of people did appreciate it and that was a huge plus.
