- Overall there is strength in the GBP and USD. Weakness in the NZD and JPY.

- Oil prices pushed higher as the Gaza Strip erupted over the US’s moving of its embassy to Jerusalem. 

- US dollar sowed signs of stabilization after weakening for the prior three sessions. 

- USD/JPY bulls have been capped in Tokyo, unable to get and hold above the 109.80 resistance. 

- Mixed Chinese data capped the upside in the Australian Dollar, dragging the AUD/USD pair lower to 0.7520 levels.

- EUR/USD pair reversed course to the downside yesterday. Currently, it is rebounding from a low of 1.1920 seen overnight but remains capped by the descending 20-period moving average. As long as the key resistance at 1.1960 is not surpassed, the pair is expected to return to 1.1890 on the downside. Above 1.1960, look for a bounce toward 1.2010.
