Greetings guys are all again welcome to my art blog, this time I wanted to try something new, I bring you a self-portrait with the style of drawing that I've been developing, to tell you the first time I draw myself, it was a challenge because I'm not used to make this kind of work and much less of me, I was not very sure how I was going to stay, but for the first attempt I think it was quite acceptable, so much so that I decided to take it as an image or logo for the blog, what do you think, do you like it? If you have any comment or recommendation you can write me, I would appreciate it, thanks to you I have been improving. Now, without further ado, I'll stop to explain the process of elaboration.
>Saludos chicos sean todos nuevamente bienvenidos a mi blog de arte, en esta ocasión quise probar algo nuevo, les traigo un autorretrato con el estilo de dibujo que he venido desarrollando, a decir verdad primera vez que me dibujo, fue todo un reto ya que no acostumbro a realizar este tipo de trabajos y mucho menos de mi persona, no estaba muy segura como me iba a quedar, pero para ser el primer intento creo que resulto bastante aceptable, tanto así que decidí tomarlo como imagen o logo para el blog, ¿Qué piensan ustedes, les gusto? Si tienen algún comentario o recomendación me pueden escribir, se los agradeciera, gracias a ustedes he venido mejorando. Ahora sin más nada que decir, parare a explicar el proceso de elaboración.

## Sketch / Boceto

I start the drawing making the sketch, first I use several photos of me as reference and I detail in a general way the characteristics of my face, exaggerating some features like the eyes to give a more animated effect.
>Empiezo el dibujo realizando el boceto, primero uso varias fotos mías como referencia y voy detallando a manera general las características de mi rostro, exagerando algunos rasgos como los ojos para dar un efecto más animado al mismo.

## Outlined / Delineado

In this step I am going to refine the lines of the drawing, in the layer of the sketch under the opacity so that it serves me as a guide, in spite of being a simple drawing, in this one as in the previous deliveries, I use the same technique of separating the delineation, drawing the face and hair in different layers.
>En este paso voy a refinar las líneas del dibujo, en la capa del boceto bajo la opacidad para que me sirva como guía, a pesar de ser un dibujo sencillo, en este como en las anteriores entregas, uso la misma técnica de separar el delineado, dibujando el rostro y cabello en diferentes capas.

## Colour / Color

Now using the marker brush and being careful not to get out of the lines I apply the color to each part of the portrait, I use a layer for the face and neck, and another layer for the hair, also using the airbrush I add some pink shade to my face.
>Ahora usando el pincel rotulador y teniendo cuidado de no salirme de las líneas aplico el color a cada parte del retrato, uso una capa para el rostro y cuello, y otra capa para el cabello, además usando el pincel aerografo agrego cierta tonalidad rosa a mi cara.

## Shadows / Sombras

I proceed to place the shadows, for this I take a little darker color and I apply softly these shadows using the airbrush. You also add small details, such as leftovers in the eyes, I draw the pupils in the eyes and add some volume to the hair.
>Procedo a colocar las sombras, para esto tomo un color un poco más oscuro y aplico suavemente dichas sombras usando el pincel aerógrafo. También agregas pequeños detalles, como sobras en los ojos, dibujo las pupilas en los ojos y agrego parte del volumen al cabello.

## Lights / Luces
<br>
With the marker brush at low opacity, I apply small flashes of brightness, where I consider that the light arrives, I also use the airbrush to create a smooth gradient. In this step I add more volume to the hair with the glosses and I apply color to the line.
>Con el pincel rotulador a baja opacidad, voy aplicando pequeños destellos de brillo, donde considero que llega la luz, también uso el pincel aerógrafo para crear un suave degradado. En este paso aporto más volumen al cabello con los brillos y aplico color al delineado.

## Background / Fondo

For this design recreate a simple and colorful background, first use the airbrush and paint randomly several shades of blue purple and pink, then use a brush that makes spheres and spread them randomly on the canvas, finally add a glowing effect to achieve a source of light from them.
>Para este diseño recree un fondo sencillo y colorido, primero use el pincel aerógrafo y pinte aleatoriamente varias tonalidades de azul violeta morado y rosa, luego use un pincel que realiza esferas y las repartí al azar en el lienzo, finalmente les agregue un efecto resplandeciente para lograr un fuente de luz de ellas.

## Details / Detalles

We finish the design adding some light effects, first I create a copy of the drawing, I increase its brightness to the maximum achieving a white layer and put it behind, then I blur it a little, in the hair I create another layer in mix mode adding and enhancing the brightness of it, I also do the same procedure for the face, I also add other details like eye liner, and I design some stars around it, finally I apply a diffuse effect to the edge of the drawing.
>Terminamos el diseño agregando algunos efectos de luces, primero creo una copia del dibujo, subo su brillo hasta el máximo logrando una capa blanca y la situó detrás, luego la difumino un poco, en los cabellos creo otra capa en modo mezcla añadir y realzo los brillos del mismo, también hago el mismo procedimiento para el rostro, además agrego otros detalles como delineado de ojos, y diseño algunas estrellas alrededor, por ultimo aplico un efecto difuso al borde del dibujo.

## Materials / Materiales

The tools I used for the drawing were the following:
* Android tablet.
* Capacitive pen (Stylus).
* Ibis Paint X program.
* Brushes: Pencil, Airbrush, Fuzzy, Marker.
