Goals for 2018

In yesterday's post I was writting about decisions and plans for this year.

If you ask me but why is this year so important? Why exactly 2018?
My answer to you is **WHY NOT?!**

I've started so many new years in which I promised myself to make changes, to improve something, anything!
And i kept failing... Why? Because I wasn't motivated enough.
But why do I need to be motivated if I know I'll do something good, whether it would be for my health or to finally feel much better in my skin (physically and mentally).
That's human nature. We keep diggin for something that's not neccessary.

My goal for this year is not just improve my health, but also my spirit, I don't want to be stressed that much.
I will explore and find a way to live more relaxed and in peace.
We all have this one life and I don't plan to waste mine on trying to be what someone else want me to be.
To not be misunderstood, I'm happy with my personality in general, I think I'm a good person.

Basically dear friends, what I'm trying to say is, if you are happy with the person you are don't ever change it but if you are like me, most of the time adjusting to others, now it's time to change it and become own role model.
