### What  is a meme?. 
From the recent happenings and events, I have seen alot of meme, both positive and negative.

So I can define a meme as a picturic expression that contains texts to convey a message, to  show a reaction to a question, brand, event e.t.c.

There are a lot of meme presently and thats where I drew my definition from.


Let's go!
I guess there have been other meme competition in time past but let's fit into the present.

I introduce to you to the meme exhibition: promoting the steemblock chain with memes.
I believe the steemit team has seen some really good memes, buy let's get creative this time and produce memes that will promote the steemblock chain.
