<h1>Hola amigos de steemit, hoy deseo compartir sobre cómo se encuentra distribuido el agua en nuestro maravilloso planeta</h1>

El agua, como lo sabemos es un elemento vital para la vida de todos los que lo habitamos, por lo tanto, debemos conocer más sobre él, para poder cuidarlo y no desperdiciarlo.

Su distribución es muy variable; en algunas regiones es muy abundante, mientras que en otros escasez. Sin embargo, la cantidad total de agua en el planeta no cambia

La cantidad de agua que hay en el planeta ocupa el 70% de la superficie terrestre.
Sin embargo, alrededor del 97% de esta agua está en los mares y océanos y es salada, lo que la convierte en un elemento inutilizable para beber, para el desarrollo de la agricultura y para la mayor parte de las actividades humanas. En sus diferentes estados físicos se presenta repartida en siete compartimentos: océanos, casquetes de hielo y glaciares de los polos; aguas subterráneas, lagos, ríos, mares interiores y atmósfera.

El 97.5% del agua en la tierra se encuentra en los océanos y mares de agua salada, únicamente el restante 2.5% es agua dulce. Del total de agua dulce en el mundo, 69% se encuentra en los polos y en las cumbres de las montañas más altas y se encuentra en un estado sólido.

El 30% del agua dulce mundial, se encuentra en la humedad del suelo y en los acuíferos profundos. Solo el 1% del agua dulce en el mundo, escurre por las cuencas hidrográficas en forma de arroyos y ríos y se depositan en lagos, lagunas y en otros cuerpos superficiales de agua y en acuíferos.

Esta es agua que se repone regularmente a través del ciclo hidrológico.

El Ecuador es un país con la mayor riqueza natural(el agua), en sus páramos tienen las reservas naturales de agua.
Los biólogos explican que este tipo de ecosistemas se ubican sobre los 3 500 y 4 500 metros sobre el nivel del mar. Otro dato: el páramo infiltra toda el agua posible, la retiene y la dosifica a los caudales hidrológicos. "Al páramo se le considera una esponja natural, porque pueden mantener hasta 200% de agua. Cuando deja de llover, la vegetación libera este líquido poco a poco y así no se reducen los caudales en época de verano.

En el Ecuador hay 1 500 000 hectáreas de páramo. De ahí, todo el páramo está intacto para que nunca nos falte el líquido de la vida".
En esta zona, después de los 3 000 metros de altitud la vegetación tiene la característica de almacenar agua, como una esponja la absorbe, y luego esta se escurre en busca de los afluentes naturales para luego alimentar a ciudades como Riobamba, Guano, Mocha, Tisaleo, Ambato y Guaranda, en la región Sierra, donde vivo con mi familia.

Verdad que es una maravilla nuestra naturaleza y mucho más mi pequeño paraíso Ecaudor.
