With the start of the new year, for every new 365 days, they say that the year is like an empty book and that every day is an unlisted sheet and that it is up to us alone how we fill empty the pages.
In order for our new year to be happy, we must take care not only of material growth, but above all of spiritual growth within ourselves.
At the beginning of the year, we always make some goals, promises, say you will lose weight or be more active, or to give up bad habits ... but be aware that this is not point what we do if we not have health, a healthy psyche and pure emotions and peace of mind.
Progress slowly, even if you have plans, let go of the flow, live for every day of the day, don’t rush and don’t look for all the answers, you can’t know everything and be ready for everything at any given moment.
It is better to regret something you did, than something you did not try - take a risk.
Smile and be your own, and be brave and you will feel free.
Get up, always keep your head up and do your job. Don’t procrastinate, life and time don’t wait.
Don't run away from the unpleasant and annoying - all this gives an important experience.
Always be good and also don’t be afraid to show your emotions. If you are lucky show it. If you’re angry don’t hide it.
Understand yourself and your world and allow yourself to dream.
Get out of your comfort zone.
Observing nature, stars, birds, sunsets and sunrises and connecting with nature is important for our health and our soul.
Believe in the good and believe that this year will be better than the previous one have hope.
