We feel stress as a kind of cramp in the body, we feel stress as sadness, we are angry and unable to sleep. 

But how to get rid of stress and relax.

Take a deep breath, count to seven and hold for one second and then exhale through your mouth and count to eight and repeat three times. 

Ask yourself to ask where the causes of stress are.

When doing breathing exercises, keep your body soft as well, and let the exhalation stress go away from your body as well.

Then think only of the positive things and deal with everything that makes you happy.

It also works if you write a list of why you are all in a life of gratitude. Because when you write down all why you are grateful you will realize that life is generous.

With positive thoughts, however, you are only attracting all the good.
