A hug is so positive, because it gives you a magical feeling of warmth and energy, a hug is the coexistence of two people or two bodies that step into each other's aura and coordinate it nicely.
I have always been a more closed person and for me a hug was seen as an intrusion into my intimate space. When I finally learned that I wonโt lose anything with a hug, Iโll basically just gain.
It seemed self-evident to me that if a child came to me, and I had to hug him, I would take him to in my arms.
The child works without brakes, immediately flies to the person he loves and spreads his arms and wraps them around the person and squeezes and enjoys the moment. His eyes lights up happily, we than exchange warmth and energy, with this little person.
By embracing, we are essentially gaining acceptance and confirmation that we are, that we exist.
Always accept a hug when someone offers it to you and give a hug when someone needs it.
