Buenas tardes queridos amigos de esta hermosa comunidad culinaria como lo es Steemit Iron Chef, esta tarde traigo para ustedes una entrada s煤per deliciosa y diferente.

Hoy prepare para ustedes una riqu铆sima pasta en tinta de calamar con vegetales y vieiras admito que es algo nuevo para mi esta receta pero quise arriesgarme un poco y salir de mi zona de confort.

**Ingredientes**

* Spagetti.
* Br贸coli. 
* Tomate. 
* Cebolla.
* Vieiras.
* Tinta de calamar.
* Tomates cherry.

Empezaremos por verter nuestra pasta en agua previamente hirviendo para su cocci贸n.

En otra olla tambi茅n con agua hirviendo y sazonada con sal verteremos nuestro br贸coli hasta que quede aldente.

Ya con todo en el fuego empezaremos a picar en trozos peque帽os nuestro tomate y cebolla blanca para as铆 poder empezar con nuestro sofrito.

El cual sazonaremos con sal al gusto y agregaremos las vieiras hasta que estas est茅n cocidas sin necesidad de que queden chiclosas o duras por lo que hay que estar muy pendientes de su cocci贸n para que queden al punto.

Con nuestra pasta aun caliente agregaremos 2 cucharadas razas de nuestra tinta de calamar la cual aportara mucho sabor a nuestra pasta. Esta tinta tiene un sabor muy parecido al umami.

Llego el momento de hacer el emplatado de nuestra deliciosa pasta junto a todos nuestros componentes.

 Y as铆 quedo mi entrada para este round numero 7 de esta extraordinaria din谩mica espero les guste tanto como a mi y prueben hacerla en casa.

Gracias a a @progressivechef y a @elianisa09 por dar vida y creatividad a esta gran comunidad con cada uno de los nuevos ingredientes, aunque creo que para todos este es uno de los favoritos ya que una buena y deliciosa pasta no puede faltar en nuestros hogares.
