<html> <center><img src="https://cdn.pixabay.com/photo/2018/05/16/05/07/iot-3404892_960_720.jpg"/></center> <hr /> <p></p> <div class="text-justify">Greetings dear friends of @Project.HOPE, in this first thematic publication of the year 2021, I wanted to share with all of you a descriptive summary of one of the main advances in technological connectivity used during the months of the Coronavirus pandemic, fundamentally the tool "Internet Of Things", considered as the main trend of connection to faster and more agile communication networks.</div> <p></p> <div class="text-justify">According to Professor Phillip Brown (University of Cardiff - Wales), renowned researcher of issues related to innovation and economy as central axes of humanity, it is very difficult to make a judgment on where we are because, of course, many businesses are really closed and can not open, even when, according to his perspective, despite the fact that companies have remained closed, in broad terms we can determine a large increase in sales, product of the technological connectivity processes that were used during the pandemic.</div> <p></p> <div class="text-justify">In this sense, in terms of technological connectivity, the "Internet of Things", or IoT, was the most used tool and generated visible changes mainly in business organizations, by positioning faster and more agile communication networks, as well as generating a faster adoption of cloud and edge computing, without ignoring its obvious capacity for advanced data analysis, and the timely and diligent delivery of useful information.</div> <p></p> <hr /> <center><img src="https://cdn.pixabay.com/photo/2018/09/12/04/28/internet-of-things-3671222_960_720.png"/></center> <blockquote><div class="text-justify">Fig. 2 The "Internet of Things", was the most used tool and generated visible changes mainly in business organizations, by positioning faster and more agile communication networks. Image of public domain, Author: <a href="https://pixabay.com/es/illustrations/internet-de-las-cosas-iot-red-3671222/" rel="noopener" title="This link will take you away from steemit.com"> Tagechos, 2018</a></div></blockquote></div> <hr /> <p></p> <div class="text-justify">However, during these months of the pandemic, the most relevant technical aspects of the "Internet of Things" were access to data, including previously untapped and highly granular data, as well as its technical ability to translate it into applicable ideas, among these; transformation of customer service, new opportunities to build brand/service loyalty, and much greater customer satisfaction.</div> <p></p> <div class="text-justify">It is said that the "Internet of Things" generated visible changes in the business sector, particularly because it allowed companies, cities and emerging economies to work with systems from the past without ruling out the integration of systems from the future, in relation to the states that most used this type of technological connectivity tools are Russia, Brazil, Spain and the United States, countries that according to statistics were the most affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. There is no doubt that connectivity and the use of mobile applications was a lifesaver for many businesses that were forced to close their establishments. I believe that we will continue to see this type of system expand during this year and it is perhaps one of the best ways for several companies to sell.
