Just dipping inside would be tough enough. From where I am at, there isn't even cold lakes or sea to swim in. The water is constantly hot or colder at night.<\/p><p>Every time I head in the swimming pool especially on rainy days it is super cold and at first hard to deal with as it feels like there are tons of spikes poking onto the skin. But after a while of movement, our body heats up slightly and finally enough heat generated to balance out the temperature. Its good to lose weight.<\/p><p>Well, i guess having a cold swim is better than a hot sauna. I have heard many more deaths in saunas than those who swam in cold seas. It also provides a soothing feeling for our aching muscles especially after a workout, we will need some to recover.<\/p><p>Despite all the benefits of swimming in the sea, there is this fear that what if we swam in this cold sea and suddenly it froze and we freeze with it. Mummified. Years later discovered as a relic.
