<p>For breakfast, I always choose muesli, add honey, milk or yogurt, different berries. It turns out a very tasty and healthy breakfast.</p>

<p>Muesli is the best choice for breakfast, and there are several reasons for this:</p>
<p>1.They are rich in fiber.<br>
2. Muesli is cereal flakes, with the addition of nuts, seeds, and dried fruits.<br>
3. Cereal flakes maintain optimal blood sugar.<br>
4. Whole-grain Muesli contains a high content of B vitamins.</p><br>

Walnuts - 130 g<br>
Almonds - 160 g<br>
Hercules - 4 glasses<br>
Butter - 230 g<br>
Honey - 0.3 cups<br>
Salt - 0.5 teaspoon<br>
Peeled Sunflower Seeds - 190 g<br>
Dried dates - 190 g<br>
Dried - Bananas<br>
Milk - 0.5 cups<br>
Blackberry - 100 g.</p></center>

<center>COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:<br></center>

<p>1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Cover 2 baking sheets with foil. Put almonds and walnuts on 1 baking sheet and put in the oven for 10 minutes until golden brown. Cool and chop finely.</p>

<p>2. Reduce the temperature in the oven to 150 degrees. Put the oatmeal on 2 baking sheets. In a small bowl, mix softened butter, honey, and salt. Sprinkle the oatmeal with the honey mixture and mix lightly. Flatten in a single layer and put in the oven for 30 minutes, mixing once. Hercules should become golden and crispy.</p>
