This cycling thing just fell into place for me. I really needed to do something. The physical therapist I was seeing at the time kept having me do the exercise bicycle in his shop. I decided I could ride my bicycle on the sidewalks around my house. Once I started though, I found I really like it. 
I am also very scared of diabetes. I have a very mild case of it right now, just barely fall into diabetes numbers. I hope to reverse it or at least stop it in its tracks.
