yesterdays steps were not exactly great at 5010 steps at the end of the day - I just felt drained and did not do as many steps as usual. 

Currently on antibiotics for a suspected abscess of the gums, cant get it looked at unless an emergency referral is granted. not causing pain but is concerning me alot so stress levels currently high.

Food has been good, just eating the usual things and have not made any mistakes. Have all but cut out any sugar supplementation and have noticed hunger pangs well down.
