Hello lovely people, it's another beautiful weekend and I'm glad to share with you how I prepared my waakye today

**Method of Preparation**
------------------------------------

• Put water on fire and allow it to boil

• Wash the beans very well

• Then pour the beans into the water on fire then allow it to cook.

• Then pour the rice into the beans on fire and then stir.

• Incase the water isn't that much add a bit which can make the rice to cook then cover it.

•Blend the garlic and ginger then pour it on the Gizzard

• Put it on fire and allow it to cook.

• Put oil on fire and allow it to heat small

• Put the Gizzard in the oil and allow it to fry
