Electroneum blockchain upgrade protects it from 51 % attacks and gives mining to charities

Electroneum CEO Richard Ells says that the new Electroneum fork:

1.protects it from 51% attacks.

2. Block reward has reduced by 75% due to them not needing a big Hashing power

3. Proof of responsibility - which assesses if miners are being responsible.

4. Moderated blockchain - centrally runned nodes that assess and police the network, preventing a 51% attack.

5. The Mining will be done by NGO'S and charities (responsible organisations).
