Deep fried seabass with crunchy garlic & ginger toppings.

How are you all? I hope you are well. Welcome to my new post. Today I will tell you some food recipes that,





 I have made at home today. Talk to you soon and keep up the good content.

a long time in next week's post is that I will post 5 days a week from now on.

It's not that I just stop posting. 




In fact, I'm very busy two days a week, so I can be busy any two days.



 In this case, I can't post that day, so you don't see my post two days a week or sometimes three days.

 that today was a normal day as usual but today I didn't have to go out anywhere yesterday,





 but yesterday I went out for shopping so today I stay at home all day nowhere.





 There are different types of work and I have a garden where my younger sister and I spent a lot of time this morning.


In fact, the garden we have is not being tended for a long time now. 



Suddenly my little sister is telling me after breakfast this morning that we should plant,




 some small plants in the garden. I was glad to hear that and that's what I did.





 My little sister and I have arranged everything together so I will try to show you sometime or my garden.





 Then I was preparing to make lunch. My older brother and the other members who are in our house have no office today. 





Today is a holiday. Everyone is staying at home. So I was trying to make something good today.

So I've been talking to you for so long now without further ado I will tell you directly,




 the recipes of the dishes that I have prepared today I hope you will understand,




 so I will try to tell you in a short form but if you still do not understand then let me know in your comments ,




In that case I will try to tell the details and if you want you can also see the recipe from the internet. Because now it is modern era.



##### Ingredients for sea bass

> 3 tablespoons butter divided
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1.5 lbs. sea bass such as barramundi
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon kosher salt plus more if needed
1/2 teaspoon black pepper plus more if needed
2 cloves garlic minced
1/4 cup dry white wine such as savignon blanc
1/2 cup chicken stock/broth or water, in a pinch
juice of one lemon about 2 tablespoons
1 tablespoon fresh oregano roughly chopped
1 tablespoon fresh thyme roughly chopped
1 tablespoon fresh parsley roughly chopped
lemon wedges for serving optional


##### Ingredients for coconut suace


> 1/2 tsp oil
3 tbsp urad dal
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp hing
3 dried red chilies you can use up to 4 red chilies. Break it into small pieces
1 cup coconut grated. if using frozen thaw it room temperature
1 tsp salt or to taste
1/2 tsp tamarind paste if using tamarind black, a small 1-inch piece would do.
1/4 to 1/3 cup water

##### Ingredients for bean sprouts 

> 2 cups grated carrots
½ cup bean sprouts
1 teaspoon white sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon grated fresh coconut
1 tablespoon finely chopped cilantro
1 tablespoon sunflower seed oil
1 teaspoon mustard seed
salt to taste

So I tried to tell you all the recipes one after the other. I hope you all understand ,

and I made these dishes for dinner today. If you have ever made these dishes before,
