The name of this useful app is SKETCHBOOK https://i.imgur.com/92bnXNO.jpg This is the best art program I've used for Android, and it's hard to believe it's free. I wish I could import or create my own brushes, and it crashes quite frequently, but the features and good user interface is worth the small inconvenience. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.adsk.sketchbook https://i.imgur.com/oAPrg3P.jpg This is honestly the BEST free-to-use drawing app l've ever used. It has tons of brushes and all of them are costumizable. It's easy to use and has pretty much all the features you need.
