我的网赚之路：有所舍，方有所得

<p>为什么有所舍才有所得？以前不理解这句话的涵义，直到后来发生的一些事触动了我。</p>
<p><br></p>
<p>我是16年开始接触网赚，在网上查找各种资料和项目，也交了一些为自己的无知和幼稚而付出的学费。但是功夫不负有心人，大浪淘沙还是淘到了一些沙中金。大家都知道，网赚这个行业，许多项目都有时效性。</p>
<p><br></p>
<p>举个例子，17年有个新闻，天猫店主利用刷天猫积分非法获利671万元被判刑，这个曾经的天猫规则漏洞就是一个绝佳的项目。但是新闻中的主角实在太贪了，不懂得见好就收、风险规避均摊转移，只想一口吃成个胖子，最后把自己给吃进牢里去了。</p>
<p><br></p>
<p>当时虽然付出一些血的经验和教训，也淘到了几个可行性非常强的小项目，但是我感觉依照自己有限的能力操作起来还是很困难。</p>
<p><br></p>
<p>刚好在这个时期和许多网上的陌生的朋友在群里和论坛聊上了，闲聊中扯到了这个话题，当时我内心就面临纠结挣扎，要不要把几个小项目分享给他们呢？如果不分享，被自己的学识人脉所局限束缚，很难搞起来。如果分享出去，搞不好赔了夫人又折兵，竹篮打水一场空，说不定人家拿了项目就不理你了，自己搞去了。背后还骂你傻帽，毕竟早就见识过网上有些过河拆桥的小人和骗子。</p>
<p><br></p>
<p>最后我还是决定了：有所舍，方有所得。当然，也幸亏我遇到这个朋友人品还是不错的，通过和他合作，薅了一些羊毛，虽然不多。</p>
<p><br></p>
<p>这几天在网上看到一个有意思的故事：《为人之道，不吃全鱼》，让我感悟更深：</p>
<p><br></p>
<blockquote>80年代，高文光在天津开个一家经营五金机电的小公司，凭着“一盒螺丝钉也要送货上门”的精神，慢慢越做越大。</blockquote>
<blockquote>公司的客户基本都是批发商，慢慢被养懒了，当员工送货上门时，还要帮他们把货摆上货架，甚至直接让员工把货送给用户，也就是说，这些批发商根本不用做什么，直接赚取差价。公司的员工对此很有意见，但高文光却说：“客户越懒，咱们越有饭吃。”</blockquote>
<blockquote>有一次，一个员工又被批发商指派直接给用户送货，他计上心来，拿出名片给客户说，要不以后你直接从我这儿进货吧，省去批发商的环节，价格肯定更便宜，对方一听很高兴，两人一拍即合。</blockquote>
<blockquote>员工兴高采烈的把这件事报告了高文光，可万万没想到得到的不是表扬，却是一顿臭骂，还明确说以后谁也不许做这种事！</blockquote>
<blockquote>大家非常不理解，高文光说：“如果天下的钱都让你赚走了，别人都没钱了，你还赚谁的钱？”</blockquote>
<blockquote>这就是高文光的经营理念--不吃全鱼。</blockquote>
<blockquote>2012年，天津文光集团年营业额过5亿，有1000多名员工……</blockquote>
<blockquote>不吃全鱼，不仅是经商之道，也是为人之道。</blockquote>
<blockquote>有人说：财富如水，一杯水，你可以独享；一桶水，你可以放在家中；但如果是一条河，你就要学习与人分享。</blockquote>
<blockquote>在我们的生活中，有许多相反的例子，有些人想吃全鱼，结果连虾米也丢了。</blockquote>
<blockquote>我们是做货代的，承接客户与承运人，这中间有非常复杂的流程和关系需要协调，但有些客户，只看到非常简单的结果：货来了，办了办手续再发走，然后就要给你钱。</blockquote>
<blockquote>有一次，一个客户觉得，现在铁路开放了，我也直接找铁路做吧，所谓的交易扁平化，去中间环节。听上去很美，但现实很残酷。</blockquote>
<blockquote>结果就是，</blockquote>
<blockquote>第一、资金需要预付；</blockquote>
<blockquote>第二、所有的手续需要自己跑，包括不限于海关、商检、港口、铁路、海事、船公司、船代等等；</blockquote>
<blockquote>第三、出现特殊情况需要自己处理，而所有这些所谓的特殊情况处理，都是我们十几年来交了无数学费换来的经验，现在客户需要从头再交一遍；</blockquote>
<blockquote>第四、所有的关系需要直接维护，在中国，还是有很多事情不是可以用钱解决的，这个你懂的。</blockquote>
<blockquote>专业的事情，如果不交给专业的人来做，结果只能是呵呵。</blockquote>
<blockquote>货代是一个了不起的行业，而且没有固定的流程可言，我敢断言，它不会消失，也不会被智能机器人替代，因为这个行业的复杂程度，不亚于女人心。</blockquote>
<blockquote>这个世界，大鱼得活，小鱼也得活，虾米也得活，各有各活着的招。如果虾米没有了，小鱼怎么活？没有小鱼了，大鱼怎么活？</blockquote>
<blockquote>这么简单的道理，有些人就是想不通。非要通吃，结果就是什么也没吃着。</blockquote>
<blockquote>用我见过对“情商”最漂亮的定义来结束全文：所谓情商，就是善于谋求共赢的局面。</blockquote>
