 Hoy os pongo unas torrijas que espero que os guste. INGREDIENTES:  Pan de molde grueso, leche, huevos, aceite de girasol, azúcar y canela molida.  Remojamos el pan en la leche.  Rebozamos el pan en huevo.  Freímos la Torrijas, en abundante aceite de girasol que este bien caliente.    Una vez frita la ponemos el azúcar y la canela que hemos mezclado previamente.  Y listas para degustar para desayunar, o para postre, son muy típicas de carnaval.
