For some time I have been worried about the amount of DownVotes that many users of this platform are giving. Especially for the <strong> abuse of DownVote</strong>  </div>.

<div class="text-justify">I just read a post by @networkallstar that also expresses its concern about this problem. If you want to read you can check <a href="https://steemit.com/steem/@networkallstar/downvote-bot-army-rioting-on-steemit-part-ii#@networkallstar/pzzqxs" target="_blank">Here</a>. 

<br />There are many users on steemit creating quality publications, with original works and very well presented, as for the visual, that have the famous negative vote of another user. Why? They never say why!

These accounts that make DownVote do not present any valid arguments to do that action. They are usually beginner users with low voting power. Whew!

If a user makes an original publication, with well-cited sources and without plagiarism, I do not understand why another user marks DownVote. Caprice or dislike is not a valid reason.

<strong>The DownVote MUST be argued because if it DOES NOT BECOME ABUSE</strong> . This is a request that I make for myself and for the users who are surprised every day by some DownVote.

I'm going to put as an example a recent post of mine where I received DownVote for @jolerus and I still don't know why. The post was a personal experience that I wrote especially for steemit and that I shared with reggae fans. </div>

<div class="text-justify">If I don't like a certain topic, I simply don't give it my vote. If I like baseball and read a good boxing post, I don't have to give it DownVote. If I like classical music and watch a rock video, I don't have to do DownVote. If I like rhymed poetry and read a free verse poetry I don't have to place DownVote. If I love black and white photography and a user does not like this style, I do not have to wear a DownVote.

<br />DownVote Power is becoming an abuse by unscrupulous users. And I ask: is that action favoring someone? Is that action generating small amounts of steem to some users? We must investigate!

<strong> We should seriously review what is happening on this topic and talk about this. I propose that the steemit platform regulates the DownVote.</strong> 

I await your reflections and understanding regarding my concern for DownVote because a bad precedent is being created.

Users who strive to stay active in steemit deserve a response to this problem. More trust must be created.
