Hola a toda esta bella comunidad, hoy día de  mi ciudad Barquisimeto y  para celebrar me decidí hacer esta deliciosa receta y aprovechando que mi veci me regaló un coco y poder saborear un dulce hecho en casa. Aquí mi presentación.

__*INGREDIENTES:*__
#
- 2 tazas de arroz
- 1 coco 
- 1 taza de azúcar
- Canela 
- 2 tazas de leche
- ralladura de limón
- 4 tazas de agua

- Lo primero que hice fué sacarle la pulpa al coco y rallarlo . Reservar.

- El segundo paso coloque las dos tazas de agua en una olla le agregué el arroz previamente lavado, la canela y la ralladura de limón y por último el coco. Lo puse a fuego medio hasta que el arroz se ablande un poco.

- Cuando el arroz este semi blando le coloque el azúcar y lo mezcle bien y por último le añadí la leche, lo revolví hasta que espesara y el arroz este blando. Y listo para servir.
