Instead of meetings, use Beseda to send videos and audios — both transcribed — and have more time for focused work without distractions. Standups, design reviews, reporting bugs, collecting and giving feedback — the sky's the limit for the ways to apply.

This does seem like a better way to handle meetings, especially as the employee can view the videos when they have spare time, instead of getting interrupted during work.
