Supporting Freewrite House and SBI
Today I woke up as always very early.
After my routines and exercises, I entered SteemWorld and began my journey in Steemit.
I check my feed to give the votes with the highest possible SP.
So I came to the blog of @fitinfun, I saw this post.
For me, an excellent request for support for freewriter house and SBI.

I couldn't help remembering my beginnings in Steemit, under a great depression, without any desire for anything and everything I posted was nonsense.
So...
One day I arrived at the #zapfic of @feel.buzz.
I started putting my nonsense in their contest and all I received was support and words of encouragement.
#
That's how I met free writing.
This was 11 months ago approx.
#
I began to practice free writing, but without participating in the challenges, it was becoming easier for me to download my thoughts, in addition to gaining confidence.
SBI also helped me because psychologically it was good for me to see some votes that generated something economically.

My first free writing was to participate in the "Day 506: 5 minutes of free writing: Sunday - Notice: meditate".
I received two wonderful comments from the loving @mariannewest and @wandrnrose7.

My second Freewrite had my week of fame.
Day 509: 5 minutes of free writing: Wednesday - Notice: cake.
With my writing, it also turned out to be "Winner of the week 12/3/2019 - Recommend your favorite Freewrite" Won an OSE of Freewrite House!

Freewrite and SBI for me are two columns of support, not only for the Steemit platform, but for all those who want to promote and attract new members to this ecosystem.
Today everyone wants to have a blog and express what they feel, but like me, many are blocked or don't know how to do it and participate in freewrite is a great way to get started, and get the support of SBI builds confidence.

I think that not everything is an investment and I hope that STEEM will increase its price someday, what is at stake is something as sensitive as helping others to face very difficult days and very difficult times and show us that there is still some faith and hope in this.
We live on a collapsed planet. Steemit is a refuge, why damage it too?

From my own experience, I know that none of the material takes you out of a depressive crisis, just being able to communicate with others and receiving and providing support can make a big difference.

Internet and communities like these can be of great help when we find ourselves in circumstances in which we cannot even talk to the closest beings.
I hope this Freewrite serves as a testimony and brings a grain of sand that is what everyone needs to make a great beach.

Hoy me levante como siempre muy temprano.
Después de mis rutinas y ejercicios, entró en SteemWorld y comienzo mi viaje en Steemit.
Reviso mi feed para dar los votos con el SP más alto posible.
Así llegué al blog de @fitinfun, vi esta publicación.
Para mí, una excelente solicitud de apoyo para freewriter house y SBI.

No pude evitar recordar mis comienzos en Steemit, bajo una gran depresión, sin ningún deseo de nada y todo lo que posteaba eran disparates.
Entonces...
Un día llegué al #zapfic de @ feel.buzz.
Comencé a poner mis DISPARATES en su concurso y todo lo que recibí fue apoyo y palabras de aliento.

Así conocí la escritura libre.
Esto fue hace 11 meses aprox.

Comencé a practicar la escritura libre, pero sin participar en los desafíos, cada vez me resultaba más fácil descargar mis pensamientos, además de ganar confianza.
SBI también me ayudó pues psicológicamente fue bueno para mí ver algunos votos que generaron algo económicamente.

Mi primera escritura libre fue participar en el "Día 506: 5 minutos de escritura libre: domingo - Aviso: meditar".
Recibí dos comentarios maravillosos de los amorosos @mariannewest y @ wandrnrose7.

Mi segundo Freewrite tuve mi semana de fama.
Día 509: 5 minutos de escritura libre: miércoles - Aviso: bizcocho.
Con mi escrito, también resultó ser "Ganador de la semana 12/3/2019 - Recomiende su Freewrite favorito" ¡Ganó un OSE de Freewrite House!
Freewrite y SBI para mí son dos columnas de apoyo no solo para la plataforma Steemit, sino para todos los que desean promover y atraer nuevos miembros a este ecosistema, hoy todos quieren tener un blog y expresar lo que sienten, pero como yo, muchos son bloqueado o no sabe cómo hacerlo y participar en freewrite es una excelente manera de comenzar y obtener el apoyo de SBI aumenta la confianza.

Creo que no todo es una inversión y espero que STEEM aumente su precio algún día, lo que está en juego es algo tan sensible como ayudar a otros a enfrentar días muy difíciles y tiempos muy difíciles y mostrarnos que todavía hay algo de fe y esperanza en esto.
Vivimos en un Planeta colapsado. Steemit viene a ser un refugio, porque dañarlo también?

Según mi propia experiencia, sé que nada del material lo saca de una crisis depresiva, solo poder comunicarse con otros y recibir y brindar apoyo puede hacer una gran diferencia.

Internet y comunidades como estas pueden ser de gran ayuda cuando nos encontramos en circunstancias en las que ni siquiera podemos hablar con los seres más cercanos.
Espero que este Freewrite sirva como testimonio y traiga un grano de arena que es lo que todos necesitan para hacer una gran playa.

Hola amiga, nunca he participado en freewwrite pero si me ha interesado. Creo no entender la mecánica o más segura estoy es que me bloqueo al pensar en la presión de escribir en tan poco tiempo.

Gracias por tu apoyo.
En el Freewrite o escritura libre, te dan un tema y la idea es poner un reloj y escribir lo que tu mente produce en esos cinco minutos, sin tener en cuenta la gramática o la ortografía. 
Es un pre-escrito, entonces ordena las ideas que surgieron y usa el corrector ortográfico.
Me ayudo con los documentos de Google y el traductor.
No es un concurso en sí mismo, es una participación para ayudar a desbloquear y refinar el arte de la escritura.
Como en el desafío 12, puedes apoyar a los otros escritores y ellos te apoyan a ti.
En español lo toma el latíno-romano.

Muy bien explicado como escritura libre de 5 minutos te ayudo a liberar la mente de ataduras y superaste poco a poco ese proceso. Vaya que buena historia, enfocarte en un tema diferente desligo tu mente y saco ese   bloqueo mental. @mariita52 me encanto leerte.
