Communication and the ability to talk is essential to maintain some healthy and happy love relationship. But matters and what couples talk. Research in the field of psychological sciences suggests that people are happier when you spend more time discussing meaningful topics than "small" talk like what the weather will be tomorrow, or who said what at work.
