A veces me pongo a analizar mi empleo actual y me provoca salir corriendo, cuando era soltero y sin responsabilidades quizás hubiese tomado la decisión de renunciar y buscar otros escenarios, pero al ser padre y que dos niños dependan de mi es una gran responsabilidad, por lo que debo calcular el mejor momento para matar mi vaca, no crean que es una vaca de verdad, favor recordar el libro ”La culpa es de la vaca”. En ocasiones debemos ser más conservadores que impulsivos.

En algunas circunstancias debemos analizar nuestra situación laboral y evaluar si no estamos apegados a una vaca lechera que ya pasó su época de amamantar y eso esté frenando nuestro crecimiento financiero y hasta poner en juego nuestra estabilidad económica, por lo que tomarse un tiempo, para reflexionar y hacer un análisis FODA de nuestra situación laboral sería una buena elección, porque con ello podemos visualizar donde estamos parados y hacia dónde vamos. Hay casos de personas que por toda la situación país ganan más quedándose en sus casas que asistiendo al trabajo, porque los gastos para asistir al trabajo son mayores que el salario percibido, pero no lo dejan, esperando que la situación pueda mejorar.

Como personas siempre debemos buscar nuestro crecimiento personal y laboral, al menos eso pienso y aplica hasta para los que trabajan por su cuenta, es bueno estar pendiente para buscar la forma de mejorar ya sea haciendo algún curso o estudiando por nuestra cuenta, la vida hoy en día con las facilidades del Internet nos ofrece muchas oportunidades de realizar cursos y hasta postgrados online, que solo requieren tiempo de dedicación, porque si buscamos bien los podemos encontrar hasta gratis.
La vida es un regalo para evolucionar es lo que siempre he pensado y para ello tenemos que estar en un constante aprendizaje, cuando empecé a trabajar, tuve que aprender varios programas, imprimiendo los manuales y estudiando en las madrugadas para poder dominarlos, en la vida todo tiene un precio ya sea en metálico los mas económicos y los más costosos cuestan tiempo.
Así que debemos evaluar como esta nuestra vaca.
