Trying shorter stints on the elliptical

Maybe I’ll just see how far I can go in relative miles in 4 minutes and 20 seconds. It’s like when I do some pull-ups when I go to the basement for any reason. Now I can just do a little trial run on the elliptical. It’s important for me to try to stay active even when the weather is shitty. Especially when the weather is shitty actually. 

This was pretty slow. I’m not doing 4 minutes and 20 seconds long miles or anything. Not sure running is even the intention of an elliptical, but what do I know? It’s what I have and I’m much too cheap and introverted to really consider a gym.

Heck you can use household items for gym. No need to spend lots of money on fancy equipment.  You need it for crypto ;)

That's very true. I have a pull-up bar and a kettle bell. Plus the old elliptical my brother gave me like 10 years ago that still works. ha. Oh, and the Bowflex my parents gave me probably like 10 years ago as well, but that thing is kinda bunk.
