THE DIARY GAME SEASON 2: 3rd August 2020, DAY 3 POST.

Today marks the 3rd day for the diary game post, it's really getting interesting day by day. 


   It was really a beautiful bright sunny day today although it did rain later on around 7:30pm in the evening. 
 

Today I woke up by 8:15am by the ringing of my phone as a call was coming to it, I checked it was my friend Anastasia. So I quietly picked the call with my eyes still closed, over the phone she told me that she would be needing my assistance with some baking work she had. Someone booked for a cake from her so she called to ask me if I would be chanced today to come around for assistance. I told her yes I would love to be of help. So I left the bed brushed my teeth, took my bath and dressed up after completing my house chores for the morning. So I left for my friend's place. 

 Actually  She's a caterer and I as well, so whenever either of us gets complex orders we call on each other for assistance. When I got to her house it was 10:40am so I helped her cream the butter for the cake making, added all the necessary condiments and  mixed properly .

While she attended to other things. There were lots of preparations to make so we quickly did everything as fast as we could because the cake was to be delivered by 5:00pm today to the client. So by 4:03pm we were almost done so she was already doing the cake  covering using fondant  which we prepared earlier.

While she covered the cake, I begged her to let me take my leave because it was already getting dark and I wouldn't want to be hooked up with traffic congestion on my way so she agreed and I left by then it was 4:25pm. So I wasn't able to get the last picture of what the cake looked like after she was done but it was very  tasty that I can assure you because we had an extra small  pan of  the cake we baked alongside the booked one so we had a taste of it and it was really tasty and beautiful. So I got to my house by 6:45pm, there was nothing much to do at home  by then so I took my bath, had my  dinner and dashed onto the bed . While on the bed I decided to check my facebook account for updates so I saw some good adverts of cake making equipments from *jumia*

My day was really good and interesting, doing my catering work is something I enjoy really well so I was happy to help my friend Anastasia with her work and we really had fun doing the work together.

You have a very nice and marketable skill @marydexplorer. It's great to work as a team and you did a lot to help your friend. I know see why you asked when I am getting married. Don't worry,you will have the cake contract whenever it is. You had a full day anyway, keep on Steeming and making dairies.
