Akhirnya, Bocah Penderita Kulit Ekstrem Itu Tempati Rumah Baru

Masih ingat cerita tentang Maulana (8), bocah penderita penyakit kulit ekstrem di Desa Lancang Barat, Kecamatan Dewantara, Kabupaten Aceh Utara, Aceh? Murid kelas satu sekolah dasar di salah satu SD Kecamatan Dewantara, Kabupaten Aceh itu, akhirnya bisa tersenyum bahagia. 

Hari itu, dia terlihat bahagia mengenakan kaos lengan panjang dengan padupadan warna merah plus celana panjang warna coklat susu. Tak lupa, dia juga mengenakan topi.

Rumah berkontruksi semi permanen itu baru saja selesai dibangun. Dengan cat warna biru langit rumah itu terlihat nyaman untuk ditempati. Bangunan dalam rumah terdiri dari dua kamar tidur, dapur dan ruang tamu. 

>Masih sakit? “Hehehe, sudah sembuh saya. Sudah agak kurang. Tidak terlalu gatal lagi,” katanya kepada saya.

Penyerahan rumah itu dilakukan Ketua Lembaga Peduli Duafa Aceh (LPDA) Musfendi yang menginisiasi penggalangan dana dari warganet (netizen) untuk Maulana.

Rumah itu dibangun dengan sumbangan warga sebesar Rp 24 juta lebih. “Mayoritasnya bantuan dari netizen. Ini kita galang juga lewat kitabisa.com,” terang Musfendi.

Pembangunan rumah layak huni itu sesuai anjuran dokter, karena Maulana harus tinggal di rumah yang bersih dan sehat. “Semoga ini bisa meringkan beban Maulana,” pungkasnya.

Ini hal yang sangat hebat, bagaimana kita bisa peduli terhadap orang-orang dilingkungan kita yang menderita suatu penyakit dan butuh penanganan khusus. Semoga cepat sembuh dan bisa mendapatkan rumah yang layak untuk benar-benar sembuh dari penyakit yang dideritanya.
