My Actifit Report Card: maio 7 2019
Faço atividade física em média 3 vezes por semana. Por vezes mais, por vezes menos.

Tem gente que gosta, mas eu tenho bastante preguiça! Kkkkk

Mesmo assim, faço esse esforço, mais mental do que físico de promover minha própria saúde.

Desde o século XVII, evidencia-se empiricamente os benefícios da atividade física para saúde.

Da segunda metade do século XX, até hoje, com a ascensão da medicina baseada em evidências, cada vez fica mais consolidado os benefícios da atividade física, tanto para saúde física, quanto mental.

Um exemplo são os quadros de demências como Alzheimer, onde diante do diagnóstico precoce e atividade física instrumentalizada, metanálises evidenciam até o momento, aumento de latência de progressão da doença em muitos casos. Assim, sendo considerado como um fator de proteção, em oposição aos fatores de risco.
