# Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled~Matthew 5:6.

Righteousness could be from man or from God, but Christians are acceptable before God because of the righteousness of God and not that of man, to hunger after righteousness is the ability to yield oneself to the spirit of God in seeking the mind of God, a man who live by Christ Jesus is a man who has obtained the imputed righteousness. Our quest for spiritual gifts must be earnest, which must be carried out in love and in total obedience. God is desirous to fill every heart that are hungry for his spirit in righteousness.
