Friends, Human life is dynamic.Human life is going on.And food is needed for this moving and dynamic life.And this food must be healthy.You have to remember to eat healthy foods to lead a healthy life.In order to survive, people must work.You have to think that I can only work if I'm healthy.And healthy food is essential for staying healthy.You can work only if your body is healthy.So to stay healthy you have to eat good food.
People need food, clothing and shelter to survive.These three things are very important for us to survive.And food is one of them.So we all have to figure out the right foods.It is important to remember that food must be healthy and nutritious.

Many people like street food.Of course I think we should avoid this street food.Also we should avoid spicy foods outside.Everyone should be aware when eating outside food.This should be avoid whichever glamour it offers to the people.We should eat nutritious and homemade traditional food.So friends, let's eat good, healthy and nutritious food to survive.So let's all choose the right foods for our bodies.And we live beautifully on earth.
