This is a good post and good for you on the book. I am only downvoting this because of the volume of paid for votes and the fact that you were previously advised of this on your last post. Can you give me a link to a post ...to see these rules?
At least to be informed...I there are many articles or posts it is ok just please put them in a comment here and I will read them.
I returned ...from the sea and I lost touch with many of steemit news and updates it will be a great help to see what happened here.

[There's this](https://steemit.com/steem/@steemitblog/hf21-sps-and-eip-explained) from @steemitblog. The idea is to get rewards to posts the community likes rather than where people buy votes. A lot of vote sellers have switched to manual curation and they can still earn as they get more curation rewards. If you just want to promote your post then decline rewards and it works like other forms of promotion such as buying Google ads. It is not a rule as such, just the way a lot of the community wants it to go. Of course some will continue to milk Steem for all they can get, but we have our free downvotes to use on them now.

I only downvote to remove unearned rewards or in rare cases where someone gets abusive.

I read some of the related posts....many people discuss about it ...
You have a good idea with ...using bots and denying the payment...but i am afraid now that I will attract "unwanted attention" now with the -free down vote -system .
With every post I try my best to bring value, knowledge and even some fun if possible.
...By the way ...I canot see the downvote what is up with that?
Of course I can see that the rewards drooped by 50 %...
I am I missing something?...
Anyway I will try to read more maybe I will find the answer...
PS: I saw that you play the guitar...I own too a guitar but I have no clue how to play it yet ...maybe one day...
Edit: O no....I just realised... my previous post was worth 90$ then it dropped to 60$...so...That means it was down voted too...? 
That is really unfortunate...

I completely understand given your absence prior to this. Your post is great and it is solely because of the vote buying which is now somewhat frowned upon almost that it was downvoted. I says with steevec in that you should go for it without vote buying and I am sure you will do well

No problem I will just not use any bid vote in the future...
I read many articles today and yeah it is -frowned- upon , I went to the  @steemflagrewards, then  to steemit blog and finally I went to steemit youtube channel where I saw that even the engineers were not agreeing with the bid bots.Also I went back to double check my post and saw the comment @acidyo, I dunno how I forgot about that....
Overall I think I have a clear picture now thank you for advice.
