Heh. Reminds me of the time I stood on a friend's scale, the scale just showed ERROR every time I tried. My friend got on, it worked perfectly (he weighs more than me...) The next day it was working again, but at the time I was just ... confused, mostly. 

I'm not entirely certain why I just got reminded of that..

weightloss challenge??? mmm why not a weight gain? lol here in the States we have Thanksgiving then Christmas a great time to eat yummy food and gain weight. lol, okay so your mate was outside in shorts and t-shirt? he must have froze, isn't it really cold there right now? haha, the high here is 71 F. Yes I am bragging....LOL

Refer to @ trevor.george for hint and tips about the running you are about to fit into youe schedule, If you can turn your run into a short circuit you could take the Little Lady for a run as well, do 1 lap, drop her off and then carry on.
The first couple of times the extra weight of carrying her home will be a bonus

You better add some more weight with muscles @meesterboom, and I myself just wanted to add more weight to my body :/ it doesn't happen even though I eat like a pig.

Ha, yup, sign me up too, I am definitely leaning toward chubby chops right now! Need to get lean again, I am the ultimate yo yo dieter. Though most people seem to think this is a terrible thing, to be a yo yo dieter, I disagree. It just means that I get to eat and drink whatever I want for a period, then deny myself while getting active for a period, both of which I enjoy for periods haha!

I hate diets, but when you reach a certain age it is necessary, you have reminded me that I should start with mine, the summer is coming and with the cans of beers and the cold cuts, you get fat the year it will be impossible to lose weight

I can think of a few, not so nice words to say to them - since I have been in my menopause and picked up 15 kg in the last year, I am a bit aggressive when it comes to weight - I know I need to accept the new 'old lady' body but for someone who has never been overweight it is VERY difficult. I will have to live off water and leaves and I am not prepared to do that.   After nearly 50 years how the hell do I suddenly change.... I guess you would want to.  I want to loose weight, but my need for sweets, cake and nice food is just so much more hahahaa

Why should they lose weight before Christmas? Is it because they can eat a lot during Christmas especially a turkey chicken? We should be consistent in losing weight and maintaining our bodies. Hahahahha. But I myself is overweight. Hahahahah! Upvoted!
