To those who feel exhausted and totally poisoned by all these negativity existing everywhere. To those who feel unappreciated despite the blood and sweat you put into your work. To those who cares so much and would love to see this world better than this despite feeling so hopeless. 

You are making a difference. You've helped others. You're doing a great job.

The world needs more people like you. The kind who truly cares. The one who is brave enough to face those giants even if it means losing one self in the battlefield.

I know you feel like giving up, but don't. Take a rest. Take as much time as you need and don't feel guilty about it. There's still so much things to do, comeback when you're fully recharged. For now, give yourself a break, you deserve it.
