Models On The Jacks Fork River

Long before @jasonrussell and I took side jobs doing wedding and portrait photography, we would just get together with our friends and take pictures purely for the fun of it.

Our friend, Jessica, came back to our hometown to visit during the summer and went out to the river for a dip in the crisp, refreshing river!

 These pictures were taken years ago, and I was just learning how to mess with my camera. My composition and focus are OFF!  But i had the desire to go out and take pictures for fun, and that's where it all starts!  @jasonrussell has taught me so much about my camera, which has improved me as a photographer over the years.

It always comes down to the workhorse 50 1.8. My 28-70 2.8 totally cracked open last year and I am thinking of replacing it with prime lenses.
