I love to express myself through words - written or spoken. Way back school days, I write for our school paper, join contests and stuff like that. 
Few years back, I even tried to start blogging (there was multiply and even blogspot). For some reason I did not find enough inspiration to continue. Or mabe it was also because of time constraints. 
Now Steemit has been a great outlet for me to express myself and share my ideas. Almost anything I do or encounter instantly becomes an inspiration for my piece.

Honestly @xtrodinarypilot, I don't know how you and your wife juggle kids, working, kids, writing, kids, flying, kids...  LOL 
The rules are pretty simple. 1 post a day for 7 days. 500 comments from your commitment point (posting a screenshot of your header so we have your current post count) until the end of the challenge. 
There are other things like 300 words minimum per post, citing your pictures and responding to comments on your post -- but you already do that :)

oh my gosh @sgnsteems - I had ***no idea*** it would be this big. I'm thrilled about it but WOW. LOL

Thankfully I work from home and I have what seems like a million tabs open all the time. I threw in the towel and getting myself a refurbished cheapy laptop to dedicate to Steemit. How's that for obsessive behavior? HA!
Oh, and I even took time to shower today too. That's pretty darned good in my book! ;)

LOL! Wow Kuddos to you! Working at home, requires even more of organizational skills. I work away from home which limits my time on the computer, especially because of my eight year old and you know, cooking, cleaning....So yes getting a shower done is awesome when time is limited! LOL
