Silver Coins from Around the World - Part 1

On my last trip to the LCS, there wasn't much in the generic bin. Sensing my disappointment, the merchant said, "Well, I have these that I can sell you for generic price based on actual silver weight". He then produced a box of old silver coins from around the world. I'm not sure if they always have these for this price, or if he just gave me a deal for lack of generic rounds and bars. Either way, I was happy to take some of them off his hands.

First up is this Six Pence from 1907. It's pretty beat up, but I really like the toning and character it has. There's no telling all the places this thing has been over the last 111 years.

They also had a couple of 10 cent pieces from The Netherlands. This one is from 1882 and is pretty worn. But again, I didn't buy it for the condition. I bought it for the silver and the history.

One cool thing I noticed about this coin is the axe in the lower left under the date.
