That allows a measure of control over their children's lives.</p><p>While growing up, most children are easily influenced by bad elements/trends. Restricting the movement of a child would reduce how much time he's exposed to those influences.</p><p>Plus, we all know that vices are more likely to occur at night. The drug filled parties, juvenile exuberances... All of these come alive under the cover of the night</p><p>Furthermore, if done properly, it would help the child in the long run. They'll learn to be discipline and spend more time with their families</p><p>However, like every other thing, it should be carried out with love. If the child is old enough, the parents should also have a conversation with the child where they explain why they're giving the child a curfew. </p>
