十一月小结——充实的一个月

十一月是一个充实而又丰富的一个月，在这个变冷的冬天里，忙碌让我感觉生活更加紧凑，在不断学习的道路上，发现自己的目标逐渐变得鲜明起来，发现努力总是对得起自己所得到的结果。

一．      十一月完成
看完了两本书《30岁前的每一天》、《富爸爸，穷爸爸》，写了4篇读书笔记。
看了三部电影《看不见的客人》、《假如爱有天意》、《Following》,每一部电影都写了影评。
跟进了三个月的巴拿马客户终于打了定金。
每天读一篇英语短文。
看书《外贸高手2》80%，收益很多。
十一月最大的突破是每天在家做早餐，养成习惯后再也不想到外边买早餐吃。
办了健身卡，每周至少3次去健身房，蹬了5分钟动感单车，肌肉拉伤，休息了一星期，以后再也不蹬动感单车了。去健身房知道了一个减肥的舞蹈叫尊巴，跳了两次感觉还不错。
十一月在自己的瞎摸索中买了几只定投的基金，略有收益，希望自己能坚持。
朋友介绍了一个西班牙客户，用翻译软件给客户找铁板门，虽然不是我们自己生产的产品，但是为客户服务的态度得到了客户认可，这是对我最大的鼓励。
 
二．      十一月计划未完成
月初预计读完4本书，只完成了一半。
写完采访稿。对于有点难度的事情，总是想要拖拖拖，然后就拖了一个月。
 
三．      小确幸
心存温暖，哪里都有阳光。十一月完成的所有项目都是值得感恩和庆幸的。

四．      反思和改进
越是害怕越是要勇敢面对，如果总是逃避，那个害怕的事情就会一直在。
时间需要更好的利用，想要学习的东西要抓紧时间拾起来，等时光流失，回头看虚度的时光，后悔的泪水没有人会替你擦干。
 
现在已经迎来了十二月，2019年的最后一个月，过去以后就再也不会有2019年。每一天都好好的珍惜吧！
