These are really more material practice. Exploring some SSS(sub-surface scattering) materials and also experimenting with making the surfaces a bit more rough and tactile looking. Don't forget to right click and open in a new tab to see the full resolution. The details look pretty interesting.

Other thing I learned making these images, which I pretty much already knew, but got to feel it first hand, sss takes a long time to render. I'd love to make an animation of these, but at about 6 minutes per frame, it's not something I can manage for a daily project.

Anyway, here's the viewport. I did this with particles this time, and had the particles generate geometry so it's a bit heavy.
