It not easy to have pupa .. I want to told my friend i make this food!!!  many people know this food.. is name Dugdea (Thai language) Yes!!..need wait very long time to have. The main point  is not to do have pupa  ... The important point is .. to remove the fiber from the silk.

กว่าจะมาเป็นดักเเด้จานนี้...ต้องบอกว่าอาหารจานนี้เราทำเองกับมือ...ฮ่าๆ หลายคนคงจะเคยเห็นมาเเล้ว เรียกว่าดักแด้...เเต่กว่าจะมาเป็นอาหารจานนี้ก็ไม่ธรรมดาเลยทีเดียวกว่าต้องใช้เวลาสักระยะหนึ่ง..เเต่ประเด็นหลักในการได้ดักเเด้จานนี้เลยก็ไม่ใช่ทำไปเพราะหวังที่จะได้กินเจ้าพวกนี้...ประเด็นที่สำคัญก็คือ..ต้องการเอาใยจากตัวไหมมาทอเป็นผ้าไหมนั้นเอง

สำหรับผ้าที่ใช้ห่อหุ้มตัวหม่อนไหมก็คือผ้าถุงเก่าๆที่ไม่ใช่เเล้ว นำมาตัด เเล้วมาห้อหุ้มกับกระด้งตัวใหญ่...เพราะดักเเด้มีการเจริญเติบโตไวมากกกก...เเละกินเก่งมากจึงต้องมีการไปเก็บใบหม่อนเป็นประจำ

พวกเราไปกับใบหม่อนที่หลังสวนที่บ้านตัวเองเเละก้เพื่อนบ้านบ้าง เพราะเมื่อดักเเด้โตขึ้นมันจะกินเก่งมากเเละต้องใช้ใบหม่อนเป็นจำนวนมาก

Is very very hot!!! need use cloth to make the mask. Now we can get a lot mulberry leaves
ที่ต้องทำตัวเป็นไอ่โม่ง เพราะ อากาศมันร้อนมากกก เเละเเล้วก็ได้มาเป็นจำนวนมากต้องเเบกกลับเลยทีเดียว

Do this for a while until the worm  is yellow. We will get up in the morning. When the time is near The silkworm will become trapped by the nest to create it .. We have to leave it in the nest again to make it easier to nest and easy to keep.

ทำเเบบนี้ไปเรื่อยจนตัวหนอนไหมสุก..สุกในที่นี่หมายถึงตัวหนอนไหมจะมีสีเหลืองๆ เเละก็จะลุกมาเก็บในตอนเช้าๆ เมื่อรู้ระยะเวลาว่าใกล้จะสุก เพราะตัวหนอนไหมจะกลายเป็นดักเเด้ด้วยการสร้างรังให้ตัวเอง..เราจึงต้องเเยกให้มันเป็นอยู่ในกระด้งอีกเเบบเพื่อง่ายต่อการทำรังเเละง่ายต่อการเก็บ

ตัวหนอนไหมบางตัวจะไม่เป็นดักเเด้ ก็เน่าตายไปเอง ต้องขัดเเยกเเละเก็บทิ้ง..ไว้ในรังประมาณสองสามวันเพื่อให้มันหมดใยในตัวของมันเเละก็ทำการเเกะออกจากรัง..ไปสาวไหมในขั้นตอนต่อไป

If not finish for 1-2 day need take pupa to the sun because they want be butterfly. If want u have need choses some pupa to be butterfly and have new worm
ถ้าสาวไหมไม่ทันก็จะเอาตัวรังไหมไปตากเเดดเพื่อไม่ให้มันกลายเป็นเเมลงผีเสื้อ..เพราะมันจะเจาะรูออกมาจากรังไหม..ทำให้สาวไหมต่อไม่ได้มันจะขาด...จึงจำเป็นต้องเอาไปตากเเดด ก่อนจะเอาไปตากเเดดก็คัดเเยกเอาตัวพันธ์ุมันออก เพื่อจะเลี้ยงต่อไป..

After finish  take out the fiber can eat because long time to hot water. But can adapt to other food same the firth my photo
