Wow, I didn't even know crypto porn was a thing!  Too bad Vice Industry backed out on their venture. Might have made a few bored basement dwellers wealthy. Well watch out for d.porn which is working on launching here on our own Steem Platform.  I'm not sure if it is a direct offshoot of d.tube or not, but it has been announced, so I am sure there is info out there about it.

Realistically, Porn is a first mover in new technology.  Pornography was one of the first embracers of the internet and online video as a means of generating revenue.  So it really is no big surprise that they are interested in blockchain as a revenue source.  There is even apparently a strip club in Vegas where the strippers get QR code tattoos so that guests can scan them and send tips by Crypto.

It is an interesting subject, and with proper implementation,  probably would have been a coin of some value for us.  But I am not sure VIT is the coin that will take over crypto porn.  haha

Hi @mikepm74 . First, thanks for the mention of @Dporn!  We are like d.tube ,but  a different slightly different set-up as you can imagine. We agree Pornography is usually what pushes things into the mainstream and feel we can help facilitate a blockchain based social media platform like SteemIt that way.

As for VIT they've decided to do a 180 degree turn around on the SteemIt community is quite surprising, since the SteemIt community drove most of the interest around VIT to begin with. Maybe, that was the intention all along?  who knows.

Finally, the one key element of Dporn is we are born out of the SteemIt community. When I say, *born*, I mean the whole community is the TEAM of Dporn. Our discord has grown leaps and bounds and content creators are flocking to it :) Thanks again for the mention.
